Sander Reijgers has created a series of Nike jackets which he calls “cultural contrast of symbolism”. The combination of westernized sportswear with the Arab Keffiyeh or Shemagh is an interesting take on joining the two cultures closer. A Keffiyeh or Shemagh is a traditional headdress typically worn by Arab men made of a square of cloth. I love this idea!
